UI Crosshair and Manual Door Opening Update

Added a UI crosshair that changes color to denote different objects that are interactable. Also updated the door opening mechanic away from the doors auto opening for you to you having to do it manually by pressing "E." This was done because of some requests since the doors seemed hard to get through when they would keep opening and closing on the player.
